Our Story

HonwaySim started in 2020, when two former Alibaba.com product managers responded to a friend from medical school struggling with poor-quality suture tools and inadequate learning materials.

What began as a personal mission became a brand committed to improving hands-on medical education.

Today, HonwaySim supports over 12,000 students worldwide and collaborates with 40+ institutions across Canada and the U.S., helping prepare the next generation of healthcare professionals.

HonwaySim designs and manufactures simulation tools that replicate real clinical experiences. Our range includes suture kits, injection trainers, wound models, and anatomical and dental simulators—used by medical schools, training centers, hospitals, and home learners.

We believe hands-on skills come from practice and feedback, not theory alone. That’s why our tools serve as “invisible tutors,” helping students build confidence through realistic, guided training.
